3 Hour Drug and Alcohol Online Course

Uncle Sam Driving School now offers the 3 hour Drug and Alcohol Course online. Students may now take this course online. They may go at their own pace and time.

HOW IT WORKS?

Students must first complete the online course and its requirements. There is no fee or charge to take the online section of the program. Once the online section is complete students must take a final exam in-person during our walk-in testing hours at one of our locations. The course fee willl be recieved before taking the final exam. Only after students successfully pass the final with a score of 80% or higher will they receive the program completion certificate that the MVA requires.

Procedures to Complete Programs:

1. Enroll Online
2 . Take Course and Review material (It is required to receive a score of 80% or higher on the final given at our locations to pass)
3. The online course requires a quiz to be passed with a score of 80% or better to proceed after each module.
4. Check Under Locations on our website to see the next Walk-in testing time. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
5. Bring the Following to Test

a.Your Payment (Cash Only Please)
b.Pen and Paper
c.Photo Identification (ID)
d . Online Section Completion Certificate printed after finishing Online Section of the Program

Payment will be made at our location before taking the final Exam. Students may take the Online course as many times as they need to feel comfortable with the material. Students may read over online courses at their own time and availability. PLEASE REMEMBER that is order to satisfy Maryland Motorvehicle Administration (MVA) requirement and receive a course completion certificate students must complete online courses, and also pass a test given at our locations. The final test can not be taken online, and must be taken at one of our locations after payment is recieved. Please check the "Locations" section of our website for WALK-IN testing times. You do not have to make an appointment. Uncle Sam Driving School may offer private test sessions if you can not make it during our walk-in time, but an additional fee will apply.

Payment Methods
Payment will be made at test location before the taking the final exam to complete the program. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ONLY CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. No refunds will be given after test is completed whether passed of failed. There will be a re-test fee of $15

Online Course Policies
It is your responsibility to make sure you take the right course and that you coordinate the Course test date to ensure you can meet the DUE DATE by the Maryland Motorvehicle Administration (MVA).

Uncle Sam Driving School site, and other servers may be down at times due to technical difficulties. This down time may be related to your computer, server, or internet service provider. Please contact your ISP for such problems. You may contact us at 240-483-2498, and our Online Course representative may assist you.

To satisfy the course you must complete the corresponding online course and pass the corresponding final at our location with a score of 80% or better. A student may retake the final if he/she does not pass, it can not be taken within 24 hours of the original test, any subsequent retest. A re-test fee may apply
Certificates will only be given after the competition and passing the corresponding Test, a valid picture ID is shown, you have your soundex (Driver License Number), and your have full payment in cash.

For private testing session, or private test appointment that is not in our regular schedule Uncle Sam Driving School may charge a minimal service fee of $20 that may change with out notice.

How do I complete the Course?

With our school, you have the convenience of completing the program in-person or online. You may enroll for either program online by clicking the registration button above. Additionally, you may enroll to sit through the class by calling one of our branch locations. To complete the online program, you must register online by selecting the registration button above.

How does the online course work?

You must present your certificate to the MVA.
